1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To place an order through our app, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account profile.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display our premium nuts, dried fruits, seeds, and makhana products as accurately as possible. However, actual packaging, color gradients, or sizes may vary slightly from online representations. All pricing listed is subject to change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product variations at any time.

3. Orders, Cancellation & Payments

• Order Placement: An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing and receipt of a confirmation notification.
• Cancellations: Because we deal with food and perishable items, orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. Once processing begins, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
• Payments: All transactions are executed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We target seamless product fulfillment through trusted courier services. Delivery transit periods are estimates and can fluctuate based on logistical constraints, weather events, or regional holidays. Please verify your exact shipping address details prior to payment to avoid shipping delays or misrouting.

5. Returns & Refund Framework

Due to the consumable nature of our catalog, returns are strictly limited to instances involving defective items, expired inventory, or fulfillment discrepancies. Should you experience any package damage, please document visual proofs and contact our care helpline within 24 hours of delivery receipt.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in compliance with the laws of India. Any litigation or disputes relating to these provisions fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
